A 25-year-old male patient with a rare developmental anomaly called gemination presented to his general dentist with subgingival asymptomatic caries in UR6. Caries removal by the dentist resulted in a small pulpal exposure. The patient returned for an endodontic consultation 2-3 weeks later with symptoms of reversible pulpitis.
