Septodont awarded for its project AI BOT Claire at the 2025 Data and AI Night

At the 3rd edition of the “Data and AI Night” organized in Paris by Republik, a longstanding leader in B2B events and a recognized player in the Data and AI ecosystem, Septodont was thrilled to receive the Bronze medal in the “Client/Supplier Co-construction” category for the “AI BOT Claire” project.

As part of our efforts to accelerate its digital transformation, Septodont and its partner agency VML developed a virtual assistant powered by generative AI – Claire – to support dental professionals in their purchase journey and provide answers to their questions 24/7. To meet the needs of our clients and their quest for quick and accurate information, Claire was built from scratch to comply with pharmaceutical regulations, a groundbreaking achievement in the industry.

Claire delivers personalized answers to product questions and recommends relevant content such as product brochures, case studies, and educational content. It also suggests complementary products, guides users towards purchase with tailored promotional offers, and connects them to a Septodont contact if needed.

At the “Data and AI Night”, a jury composed of ten professionals from major groups emphasized Septodont’s boldness as a mid-size company in the pharmaceutical sector for investing in AI and democratizing its use, by deploying a solution covering the entire customer journey, from product information to purchase, including CRM integration.
